Although all Miss Party - Party Bits n Bobs™ purchases are fulfilled from our Hertfordshire warehouse, Collections are agreed by appointment only.
Helium Gas Purchases
Please note that all Helium Gas purchases are delivered by a separate courier and a signature is required for proof of delivery. Please include a note with delivery instructions, if you wish for a neighbour to collect on your behalf or call us with your queries.
PLEASE NOTE: Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Missed Delivery?
If there will be no-one to accept delivery of your parcel, you may wish to waive the requirement for a signature by including delivery instructions when you place your order. You may leave notes such as “Please deliver to No 3” or “Please leave in shed”. However please ensure that your request offers you a reasonably secure option for the security of your goods.
Returns & Refund Policy
We are confident you will be happy with everything you buy from us but If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, you can return them within 14 days and we will refund you in full, provided items are returned unused with seals and packaging intact and in a re-saleable condition.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
To return an item, simply post your package back to us with a copy of your receipt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage as they are both direct costs.

Please return items to us by recorded delivery or obtain a proof of postage and pay any relevant insurance, as you deem fit, if your return is of substantial value, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that:
We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please allow 5-7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse.
